Ihjiz runs the front office of businesses that live by appointments: the calendar, the queue at the door, the messages on every channel, the follow-ups that bring people back, and the invoices at the end. In Arabic and English, as equals.
1.Why we built it
Most booking software was designed for one country, one language and one kind of business, then stretched. The stretching shows: Arabic bolted on as a mirror image, walk-ins that do not fit a calendar built for online bookings, payment methods your customers actually use missing from the checkout, and a WhatsApp inbox that lives in a separate tab from the schedule.
We started from the other end. A clinic in Riyadh, a barber in Amman and a tutor in Cairo have different words for the same day: patients, clients, students; visits, appointments, sessions. Ihjiz speaks each of those vocabularies, takes requests from wherever the customer already is, and puts every one of them on the same computed schedule.
2.What we believe
- Availability is computed, not stored. Free time is derived live from hours, breaks, time off, buffers, resources and every existing booking. That is why the website, the AI agent and the receptionist never disagree, and nobody is double-booked.
- Every channel is a front door. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, the booking page and the person walking in are equal citizens of one inbox and one schedule.
- Retention is a system, not a campaign. Every completed visit knows when the next one is due, and reminders go out in stages, in the customer's language, until they rebook or say no.
- Your data is yours. We are the processor; you are the controller. Export any time, delete on request, and read exactly what we do in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
- Two languages, one product. Not a translation layer: right-to-left layout, Arabic content fields, Arabic receipts and Arabic messages are first-class, and the customer's chosen language is remembered.
